Eric Timerson has served as the Chief Accounting Officer since May 2022 and is responsible for all accounting matters including reporting, general accounting, A/R, A/P and treasury. Prior to joining Century, he spent 14 years with American Golf where he held multiple accounting and finance roles.

Jimmy Han has worked in the Golf & Country Club industry for the past 27 years. Over his career, Jimmy worked his way through key management positions for 3 of the most reputable golf companies in the world; ClubCorp, American Golf, and Kemper Sports. His management experience includes a wide range of golf facilities from high volume daily fee properties, high-end private clubs, and newly developed Clubs that have hosted professional golf tour events. His experience includes international properties where he held several positions including the position of President of Nicklaus China and Partner at One Club Limited, a full "turnkey" golf company serving the Asia region design, development, executive planning and management consulting services. Jimmy graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a B.S. in Accounting.

Melissa McKibben is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies and services. She began her career with Century Golf in 2006.

Mike is a 38-year Private Club Industry veteran. Joined Century Golf Partners/Arnold Palmer Golf Management in 2005 after 10 years with American Golf Corporation. Mike is Senior Vice President of Operations supporting our portfolio of Member Equity and Privately Owned Private Clubs.

Ben Dobbs has been Executive Director of the PGA WEST® portfolio since June 2020. With a career in golf spanning 30 years, his vast experience leading multi-course exclusive country clubs and golf resorts along with his expertise in extensive rebranding and marketing initiatives has made Ben an asset to both PGA WEST and Century Golf.

Bruce Gerlander joined Century Golf in 2016 and has served at an executive level in the golf and resort industry for more than 25 years. Bruce is a PGA member overseeing the Walt Disney Resort courses and holds a BS degree in Hospitality / Business from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.

Bryan is responsible for Century Golf Partner’s agronomic division focusing on talent development, the business of agronomy, technology, education and strategic planning. He has been involved with corporate golf for over 23 years, including regional agronomic and national account sales roles. His work experience covers some of the largest global companies in golf management, housing community development and irrigation manufacturing.

Carol Ruskowski has served as Vice President of Membership for Century Golf Partners/Arnold Palmer Golf Management since April 2012. She works directly with all the Private Clubs on the implementation and effective execution of their Membership by Invitation Membership strategy. Prior to her current role, Carol was the Director of Membership Sales from 2005 to 2012 at Sweetwater Country Club, the flagship private club for Century Golf Partners located in Sugar Land, Texas. Carol was responsible for growing the monthly dues line to $765,000 with 2100 total members and a Full with a Waitlist status for her final five years. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and advertising from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband of 44 years. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Chris joined Century Golf in 2020 after 15 years at American Golf Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Revenue Management for the public golf portfolio. Chris is responsible for formulating revenue strategy and driving top-line results for the Century daily fee and report properties.

Dan joined Century in 2013 after 17 years with ClubCorp, where he served in various roles including Director of Golf and Retail Operations. Dan is currently responsible for vendor agreements, technology implementation, and revenue management.

Dawne has worked in the Golf and Country Club industry for over 30 years. She started her career in 1992 at Oakridge Country Club in Accounts Payable and worked her way up Assistant Controller of Century Golf. In her role, she works with the on boarding of new clubs, setting up financials and budgets, hiring and training club accountants, rolling out new processes and procedures to the field, and working on any other issues that may arise at the club level. Dawne leads the planning and execution of the Annual Accounting Meeting and assists with the Annual Membership meeting and National Partners Invitational.

Donny Darville boasts 30+ years in the private club industry, currently serving as VP of Private Club Operations. A Class A PGA member for 25 years, he joined Arnold Palmer Golf Management in 2005. Known as the "Director of Fun," he drives member growth and engagement to maximize club utilization.

Gene Miller has worked in the Golf and Country Club industry for the past 32 years. Over his career, Gene worked his way through key management positions for 2 of the most reputable golf companies in the world. ClubCorp and Arnold Palmer Golf/Century Golf. His management experience includes a wide range of golf facilities from high–end private clubs, Sports Clubs, Alumni Clubs and City Clubs. His experience includes positions as Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, Regional Manager and VP of Food and Beverage. Responsibilities included development of newly managed and existing Clubs, plan execution and Board relations. Gene graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B. S. in Marketing.

With over 30 years of experience specializing in private clubs, Jeannette oversees all member communications through social media, email, member apps, and websites, and coordinates member enrollment, catering events, and other marketing materials. Jeannette also developed and now maintains critical reporting systems for all private clubs.

Kelly McColl coordinates compliance with our procurement contracts on a national and local level. Supports private and public courses with purchasing assistance, coordinating bid purchases, overseas rebate programs nationally and locally.
