In 2011 we became the first company in Disney’s history to have a “guest-facing” relationship with Guests at Disney World. Our goal has been to “Out Disney, Disney”. During our tenure we have made significant improvement to the Guest Experience, the facilities and earnings.

Accomplishments:

  • Created the Arnold Palmer-Disney golf story
  • Retained Arnold Palmer to design the Palm Course and renovated to new design
  • Refurbished Lake Buena Vista clubhouse
  • Rebuilt Palm & Magnolia on-course comfort stations
  • Redesigned and reconstructed Magnolia Golf Course greens and several holes
  • Built new Putting Course
  • Increased Total Revenue by more than $7M annually
  • Increased Net Operating Income by over $4M annually
