Our human resources team is responsible for managing all aspects of employee management, which includes: talent recruitment, selection, hiring, new hire onboarding and enrollment, employee benefits administration, staff training and development, and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. The HR department also plays a key role in developing and implementing the company’s people strategy, which is designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Legal
Our legal team provides full-scale legal services to our clubs, including employment advice, contract drafting and review, membership bylaws and document development, transactional work, day-to-day operational matters, and litigation management. The legal team also manages and oversees the obtaining, maintaining, and renewing all necessary permits and licenses for the clubs.
Risk Management
